Job Summary

• Extend excellent service to guests in accordance to the hotel’s brand standards and values in the Spa reception
• Respond to guest requests and ensure fulfillment of thier needs
• Supply guests with information regarding property amenities, treatments, beauty products and treatment room features

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
• Relevant experience in spa operations in hotel industry is preferred
• Passionate and service oriented 
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Spa Concierge
