The Ritz Carlton, Hong Kong is currently hiring a Service Experience / Overnight Service Experience Agent (Call Centre).

Job Summary

• Provides prompt, courteous and efficient handling of all incoming calls and assistance for outgoing calls that transpire through PBX
• Plays an integral part in assisting with emergencies, (fire, medical, power/system failure) by contacting the designated personnel for immediate assistance

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
• Relevant experience in hotel industry is preferred
• Passionate and service oriented 
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
