Job Summary

• Extend excellent service to guests in accordance to the hotel’s brand standards and values in the Concierge counter
• Respond to guest requests and ensure fulfillment of thier needs
• Supply guests with information regarding property amenities, services, room features, and local areas of interest and activities

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
• Relevant experience in hotel industry is preferred
• Passionate and service oriented 
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
