At Your Service Supervisor / Agent (Call Center)

Job Summary

• Constantly check and update the information, messages written on the wyte-board;
• Ensure the information of VIP guests is properly noted so as to provide stipulated service;
• Be fully aware of all Hotel emergency handling procedures, such as typhoon hoisted, electricity termination, fire occurrence, PABX system breakdown etc.;
• Ensure the records and procedures are properly written and completed by At Your Service Agents

Requirements

• Degree or diploma holder of Hospitality or related studies
• Proactive, with strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Good spoken, written and reading ability in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
