Job Summary:

  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations 
  • Supervise and manage associates and assists with menu planning
  • Maintain sanitation standards and assist servers and hosts on the floor during peak meal periods
  • Strive to continually improve guest and associate satisfaction and maximize the financial performance in areas of responsibility
  • Determine training needed to accomplish goals, then implements plan

Requirements:

  • Degree or High Diploma in hospitality management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area with at least 2 years of managerial experience
  • Good command of written and conversational English, Cantonese and Mandarin would be preferred
