Loss Prevention (Security) Manager

Job Summary

• To formulate and implement the policy and procedures in relation to all aspects of Hotel security.
• To coordinate and supervise all administrative and operational functions of the Loss Prevention Department.
• To assist in and advise on the training and supervision of all Hotel personnel in matters relating to security.
• To ensure the security and safety of the Hotel, guests, hosts and their property on about the Hotel premises.
• To promote hosts’ work safety, increasing the awareness and importance of work safety environment and instilling an idea that accidents can be preventable.

Qualifications

• Preferably with 6-10 years of relevant working experience in hotel operation
• Good command in spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Possession of valid security personnel permit
• Qualified of First Aider
• AED certificate hold is preferred
