Captain/ Senior Captain (Banquet)

What you need to do:

• Ensure smooth operations in Banquet Service
• Perform the high service standards and handle guests’ enquiries & requests promptly with professional manner
• Set up and organize function rooms for events and meetings
• Communicate with Sales Team for optimizing banquet operations plan

Who are we looking for?

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Banquet Service
• Good command in spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Service oriented with problem solving skills
• You will have an advantage of you are/ have
  • With 1 year in supervisory level
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
