Mailroom Assistant / Administrative Assistant

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and maintain records for incoming courier and register mail.
  • Provide support in handling of local and international courier shipment with courier vendor.
  • Reconcile the daily postage meter and outward mail register on a daily basis.
  • Maintain information files to facilitate the correspondence handling.
  • Handle consolidated invoice payment.
  • Prepare journal entries for cost allocation to department / branches.
  • Prepare periodic reports as required.
  • Support invoice scanning activities.
  • Support ad hoc project, strategic initiatives and exercises aimed at improving or enhancing the team's performance.

REQUIREMENT

  • Diploma holder
  • 1 year of related work experience (Fresh graduates are also welcome)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g. pivot table)
  • Independent, well-organized and attention to details
  • Intermediate levels of English
