Plumbing Foreman (水喉管工)

We are looking for a Plumbing Foreman based at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong!

As a Plumbing Foreman, we rely on you to:

• Perform the Maintenance Work Order
• Conduct regular testing, inspection and troubleshooting of Hotel Plumbing and Drainage system and report any abnormalities
• Ensure high efficiency of utilization of Plumbing and Drainage system
• Assist Duty Engineer in overseeing all service contractors 
• Perform duties as assigned by supervisor
• 進行維修工作
• 定期進行酒店內水務系統檢測、監測及跟進相關問題，並匯報任何異常的運作
• 確保酒店內水務系統的運作達到高效能
• 協助當值工程師監督維修承辦商
• 執行其他由上級指派的工作

We are looking for someone who has:

• Diploma in Construction (Plumbing), Certificate in Plumbing and Pipefitting, or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the repair and maintenance of Hotel Plumbing and Drainage system
• Able to work under pressure
• Fluent Cantonese, preferable with basic English
• 已完成建造文憑(水喉)、水喉全科證書或同等相關資格
• 最少5年酒店水務系統的維修及保養經驗
• 能於壓力下工作
• 操流利廣東話，懂基本英語優先
