Floor Supervisor

We are looking for a Floor Supervisor based at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong!

As a Floor Supervisor, we rely on you to:

• Maintain the standard of cleanliness in the guestroom and surrounding areas in accordance with the policies, standards and guidelines established by the hotel
• Communicate with the Room Butlers for all concerned items as requested by guests
• Provide chemical training for Room Butlers
• Provide for guest supply control
   

We are looking for someone who has:

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in Housekeeping Department, preferably in a similar capacity and international hotel experience will be an advantage
• Excellent command of spoken & written English and Cantonese; proficiency in spoken Mandarin is desired
• Strong leadership skills & excellent interpersonal skills
• Quality driven, customer and business results oriented
• Highly motivated and ambitious
