Senior / Guest Service Agent - Overnight

We are seeking a person who can provide heart-felt service and memorable experience to our guests and colleagues.

• Assist in a busy Front Office operations in a successful 5-star hotel
• Deliver customer service based on hotel standard and procedures
• Conduct up-selling and cross-selling to maximize hotel revenue
• Manage overnight duties
