Human Resources Officer / Assistant Human Resources Officer

Responsibilities

• Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources functions including recruitment & selection, compensation and benefits, employee relations
• Handle recruitment cycle from job posting, resumes screening, conducting interviews, offer approval to onboarding logistics
• Provide the support in compensation & benefits administration including payroll, medical benefits, MPF and taxation
• Ensure the personnel data in the HR & Payroll system are updated and accurate
• Perform ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned by the Supervisor

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree holder in Hotel / Hospitality Management, Human Resources Management or other related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years' solid experience in Human Resources, preferably from the hotel or servicing industry
• Positive attitude, proactive and detail-minded
• Good interpersonal, communication and organizing skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other employment-related legislations
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer
• Immediately available is highly preferred
