Waiter / Counter-staff 櫃檯服務員 (5 day work week)

職位：櫃檯服務員/ Counterstaff ($17,000 per month)

地點/Location：INK Cafe, 尖沙咀/Tsim Sha Tsui

工作職責:

• 介紹餐單以及回答顧客有關餐單上的問題
• 傳餐至顧客的餐桌
• 及時與禮貌地由櫃檯傳餐給顧客
• 需要時協助顧客結帳及找續
• 按要求清潔及消毒戶外餐桌
• 需協助開鋪及關門事宜
• 負責直屬上司特別指派的工作及協助團隊
• 如應徵者具更多相關經驗可考慮至主管或以上職位

職位要求：

• 過往具餐飲及客服等相關工作經驗，但非必須
• 歡迎畢業生申請
• 良好客戶服務技巧
• 能於高節奏環境下工作並保持正面的態度
• 能以良好廣東話及普通話溝通，需基本英語能力
• 能即時上班者優先

Responsibilities:

• Present menus and answer any questions about menu items
• Take food and beverage orders from customers
• Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner from the counter
• Process customer payments and make change as necessary
• Clean and sanitise outdoor tables when required
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
• Conduct ad-hoc responsibilities and support the team as instructed by your direct supervisor
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for a Supervisor position or above

Requirements:

• Previous experience in F&B, Customer service or related would be preferred but not required
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Strong communication in Cantonese and Mandarin, basic English is required
