We are looking for Assistant Manager based at The Aberdeen Marina Club!
As an Assistant Manager, we rely on you to:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations, including staffing, training, budget planning & daily administration
- Monitor the Standard Operating Procedures to ensure the delivery of excellent guest experiences in line with company standard
- Supervise the team and in-charge of restaurant operations during the absence of the Restaurant Manager
- Maximize profits and ensure high standards of service meeting guests' expectations and company standard
- Responsible for cost & inventory controls to forecast and achieve the budgeted sales volume
- To handle and take appropriate action concerning any guest complaints
- Ensure hygiene, cleanliness and is responsible for the maintenance of the restaurant to the highest standard
- Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned
We Are Looking For Someone Who Has
- Holder of Degree/Diploma in Food & Beverage/ Hospitality Management
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Food & Beverage industry
- With less experience will be considered as Supervisor
- Strong managerial abilities in people management, strategic planning and decision making
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of English & Cantonese. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
