Job Duties:

• Responsible for kitchen daily operation, including kitchen opening & closing setup
• Prepare ingredients and dishes to ensure they are prepared to the correct recipes and quality
• Assist stocktake, inventory and ordering duties
• Ensure all safety, hygiene standards and procedures to be in line with company’s requirements
• Ensure kitchen equiment & area cleanliness at all times
• Assist with dish cleaning when appropriate
• A proactive learner and a good team player with can-do attitude
