Human Resources Assistant / Human Resources Officer (Business Partner)

We are now inviting a creative, self-motivated, energetic and talented Human Resources Officer / Human Resources Assistant (Business Partner) to join us. 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

• Act as a Human Resources Business Partner for the designated brands
• Handle the whole employment cycle including employment offer, contract preparation, on-boarding and induction process, MPF schemes management, staff movement and exit interview
• Provide administrative support and maintain accurate and update staff information and records via HRIS
• Become an ambassador/host for employee engagement activities
• Support ad-hoc projects

YOU NEED TO BE…

• Bachelor degree in human resources management or other related disciplines.
• At least 1 years of HR generalist/ business partner experience
•  Ability to organize and prioritize tasks systematically in a fast-paced environment 
• Good written and verbal language skills in English and Cantonese  
• Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Word and Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of multi-media software will be an advantage
• Candidates with more experience may be considered as Human Resources Officer
