TECHNICAL MANAGER (ENGINEERING)

Job Summary

• Assist Chief Engineer to lead the Engineering team to maintain day to day operation, perform breakdown repair & maintenance as well as preventive maintenance
• Plan, manage & execute the improvement projects for plant & machinery and fixed installations
• Prepare & conduct technical trainings for engineering associates
• Maintain good documentation for all engineering activities
• Sustainable looking for utilities conservation
• Monitor and supervise outside contractors’ work
• Liaise with internal users for hotel operations and execution of all kinds of repair & maintenance works
• Prepare and update record drawings
• Control of engineering expenses

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Service Engineering disciplines
• A minimum of 10 years’ hotel relevant working experience in which at least 5 years in supervisory level
• Holder of valid Registered Electrical Worker Grade B0 or above and Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate
• Familiar with relevant Code of Practice and Government Regulations in Engineering field
• Strong communication skills, good leadership & problem solving techniques
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated 
• Sound computer knowledge in MS Office
• Good command of both written & spoken Chinese and English
