DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with the hotel standards and documented Standard of Operating Procedures
• Actively make wine recommendations to members and guests at restaurants and banquet function
• Maintain wine serving equipment in good cleanliness and condition
• Oversee the seating set up arrangement, table set up, cutting and presentation of food

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 2 years in a similar supervisory position
• Open-minded, attentive to detail, adaptable, good communication skills and able to work under pressure
• Self-motivated, responsible and have real passion in food and beverage service
• Mature, independent and presentable
• Background in hospitality industry would definitely be an advantage
• Candidates with less experiences may consider as Assistant Headwaiter / Assistant Headwaitress
