Job Responsibilities 

• Assist in the implementation of promotions and events as well as digital driven campaigns, performance tracking on all marketing initiatives
• Assist to draft the copy-writing of all contents on collateral items and promotion materials to ensure consistent and appropriate writing style
• In line with the corporate identity of the hotel, deliver basic designs and communicate with vendors
• Liaise with media to enhance media relations and publicity for the Hotel
• Assists in organizing monthly reports. Provide administrative support to the team
• Assist and support the Marketing Communications Manager in any communications duties as deemed necessary

Requirements

• Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Translation or related disciplines
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Knowledge in MS Office tools, Mac, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Outgoing with strong market sense
• Detail-oriented, creative, flexible, self-motivated, multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
