Human Resources Officer / Assistant (6 - 12 months Contract)

Job Responsibilities: 

• Provide full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, training, staff engagement and compensation and benefits
• Manage HR database and maintain an accurate HRIS
• Post job advertisement regularly on different channels.
• Prepare necessary pre-and post-employment documents for staff.
• Assist in organizing staff activities and designing posters.
• Liaise with hotel training institutes on the recruitment of student trainees.
• Ensure the information posted on staff notice boards are up-to-date.
• Handle any other duties or ad-hoc projects assigned by the Human Resources Manager, and assist other department associate members as needed

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Hospitality or Human Resources Management
• Minimum 2 years experience in Human Resources preferably gained in hospitality industry
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
• Candidate with less experience would be considered as Human Resources Assistant
