Restaurants, Bars & Events Promotion Manager 餐飲及宴會部推廣經理

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Restaurant, Bars and Events teams to drive promotions and customer experiences through online platforms and other forms of communication
• Responsible to implement all sales activities and maximize business opportunities in the specific area of responsibility under the general guidance of the Director and Assistant Director of RB&E 
• Work closely with the Director and Assistant Director of RB&E and the Exec Chef to fully understand and be able to implement the yearly, monthly and weekly PR and promotional activities
• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing Department as the point of contact for all F&B related matters, in close coordination with the Outlet Managers to promote special events and occasions
• Provide feedback to the Director and Assistant Director of RB&E on changing market conditions, review direct competition and conduct regular research to identify new selling strategies
• Support in the implementation of the RB&E PR plan.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Sales and Promotion of a well-established hotel(s)
• Detail minded and equipped with skills of coordination and problem solving
• Outgoing, service-oriented with good communication skill
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Well-versed in MS Office and other computer applications
