Sales Executive/ Coordinator

Job Responsibilities: 

• Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to Marriott, and promote awareness of brand image internally and externally
• Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them in respond to questions and requests of property facilities/services
• Prepare sales-related documents like proposals and contracts for accommodation groups
• Perform administrative duties for the department
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• 1 year working experience in sales/ hotel environment will be an advantage, preferably in Front Office / Reservations
• Ability to manage and handle conflicts of priority among different parties and striving for win-win solutions
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Presentable with cheerful & friendly personality
• Good organization and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent telephone & customer service skills
• Candidate with less experience or fresh graduate will be considered as Sales Coordinator
