Job Overview
Responsible for prepare food for restaurant and catering events of Conference Lodge in Sai Kung.
Responsibilities
- Assist Chef de Cuisine to check and make daily production orders of soups, sauces, vegetables, meats pastry products and cold products as per standard recipes and/or instruction.
- Wash, cut, prepare and store food items.
- Check daily orders from the outlets and restaurants.
- Ensure that all food is properly stored before leaving working place.
- To take responsibilities in the absence of the Chef de Partie.
Requirements
- Qualification and training in hospitality and culinary disciplines.
- At least 3 years’ culinary experience in Chinese, Asian or Western cuisine.
- Able to understand simple English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
- A good team player and able to work under pressure.
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Chef de Partie
