Responsibilities:
- Prepare alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages, and cocktail with mixed ingredients
- Create signature cocktails
- Build positive rapport with guests
- Maintain adequate stock level of liquor, wine, spirits and bar related supplies for smooth bar & restaurant operations
- Monitor the cleanliness & tidiness of the bar area to ensure full compliance to the safety and sanitary requirements
- Ensure that all food & beverages service is provided in an efficient and pleasant manner in order to guarantee our guests with enjoyable and pleasant experience
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience
- Experience in creating new cocktails with the use of new products / ingredients
- Knowledge in whisky & wine is a definite advantage
- Team player, outgoing, confident and dynamic personality with positive mindset
- Good command of English & Cantonese. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
