Captain / Senior Captain - Banquet Service

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Banquet Service Manager to ensuring smooth operation in banquet sections
• Communicate with Sales team for optimizing banquet operation plans
• Ensure causal labors service standard and follow procedures set up by the Banquet Service Manager
• Perform other ad hoc task as assigned by management

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years’ relevant working experience (with 1 year in supervisory level).
• Form 5 or above
• Service oriented with excellent interpersonal skill and supervisory skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
