MIS Officer 資訊管理部主任

Responsibilities

• To provide regular day-to-day Systems, Desktop & Network Support to end-users and hotel guests at all times
• To maintain and perform periodical checking on all computerized systems to ensure that they are operating smoothly in both the Front Office and Back Office at all times
• To help eliminate software output errors in the both the computer system and in-house Personal Computers
• To perform the Daily Backup of all the system and hotel operation data, as directed by the MIS Manager
• To help maintain records of System User Codes and Passwords, where applicable
• To ensure sufficient stock of all computer supplies
• To perform any other tasks, including shift duties, if required as assigned by the MIS Manager
• To be responsible for maintaining and monitoring both internal network and guest network
• To maintain all computer equipment records always up-to-date of the Hotel
• To maintain all software licensing of the hotel

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent in IT field
• Minimum 2 years solid experience in hotel field
• Self-driven, analytical mind and strong sense of responsibility
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and knowledge in systems in hotel
• Sound Knowledge in Programming such as Excel VBA, VBScript
