Front Office Intern

Responsibilities

  • General duties in different sections of Front Office Department including Front Desk, Concierge and Telephone Operator
  • To check-in/out guests in an efficient and courteous manner according to the hotel standards procedures
  • To deliver all guest luggage promptly to their rooms as soon as they have registered
  • To be responsible for the delivery and collection of group luggage upon arrival and departure of the party
  • To answer telephone enquiries promptly and courteously
  • To perform any other tasks as assigned by superiors

Requirements

  • Full time students undertaking Diploma or above in Hospitality Management is preferred
  • Out-going personality with inter-personal and communication skill
  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese (including Mandarin)
  • Internship Duration: 3 Months
