Overnight Service Centre Officer

We are looking for a Overnight Service Centre Officer based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!

As a Overnight Service Centre Officer, we rely on you to:

• Handle all incoming and outgoing calls promptly
• Provide & record all guest messages and wake-up calls
• Fulfill guest needs as requested according to the established standard
• Environmental Policy & Departmental Environmental Best Practices
• Handle food and beverage reservations accurately
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors

We are looking for someone who has:

• Higher Diploma or above in hospitality management or related disciplines.
• Self-motivated and well-organized
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Customer-oriented and good communications skills
• Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
