Assistant Chief Steward 助理總管事

Responsibilities

• Deliver company message to subordinates from time to time, example: new policies, changes in procedures, special events, promotions, etc
• Ensure all subordinates attend trainings according to department & company instructions
• Assist to supply of all chinaware, silverware and glassware to all Food and Beverage outlets
• To maintain all kitchen floors, stainless steel tabling, and equipment hygienically clean in accordance with the hotel policies and procedures
• Ensure the sanitation and tidiness of kitchen areas, pantries, and staff canteen, garbage room constantly
• Inspect the cleanliness of all service equipment
• Inspect and ensure that all garbage are handled properly and all fire exits are clear
• Monitor and maintain an accurate record on stock of all equipment/utensils/tools/other necessary consumables, Place order and refill when necessary
• Maintain Staff discipline, Enhance Staff relations and cooperation
• To perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisors/ the Executive Chef

Requirements

• High School Graduate with at least 2 years of relevant experience in Supervisory level
• Good command of Cantonese and able to read simple English
• Able to work on shift duty
