We are looking for a Bartender - Red Sugar based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!
As a Bartender, we rely on you to:

Provide consistent, high-quality beverage and service to guests

Maintain high level of hygiene and quality standard for the bar according to the hotel guidelines and the requirements of relevant government departments

Keep the service standard at top quality and achieve high level of customer satisfaction and expectations

Clean all glassware, utensils and equipment and maintain the cleanliness of the bar area

Perform any other duties and special projects assigned by supervisors
We are looking for someone who has:
-
At least 1 year’s relevant experience gained in hotels, clubhouses, or premium bars
-
With formal training in Hospitality Management is an advantage
-
Working knowledge of standard drink recipes, spirits, wine and beer
-
Understanding of classes of alcohol, different glasses, brand names and garnishments
-
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Captain
