Guest Services Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support Front Office team to ensure operations efficiency & high service standards guest services
  • Provide efficient and quality frontline guest services including front office daily operations and upselling
  • Make decision and take charge in ad-hoc guest service situations
  • Response to guest comments and complaints and take necessary action to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction
  • Assists in evaluating levels of Guest satisfaction and monitoring trends, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Help to coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

  • High Diploma or above in Hospitality related discipline
  • Minimum of 7 years Front Office working experience of which 3 years in supervisory level
  • Strong sense of service excellence
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, interpersonal communication skills and supervisory skills
  • Highly motivated and team focused, can work independently under pressure
  • Good knowledge of Opera system
  • Proficiency in written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
