Job Descriptions: 

  • Provide sales and administrative support to the Sales team
  • Assists Sales team in business development and maintaining good business relationship with clients
  • Handles enquiries from business accounts and potential clients
  • Assist in hotel inspection when required
  • Maintains and manages client database to ensure contact details are up-to-date
  • Prepare timely reports


  • Minimum 1 year related working experience in the hotel or related industry
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (emphasis on Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Basic knowledge in hotel Opera PMS is an advantage
  • Self-motivated and well-organized with a high focus on details; good team player
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Passionate towards Hospitality
