Host / Waiter / Waitress / Restaurant Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a wait staff/server. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

• Majo - Soho, Central
• District 8 - Elements, Kowloon

Role and Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations when requested
• Ensure all orders are accurate and timely delivered
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining a clean and organized dining area
• Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately
• Communicate with kitchen and other staff members to ensure customer satisfaction

Experience and Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Must be able to work weekends
• Fluency in English and Cantonese is preferable
• Immediately available is an advantage 
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for senior roles
