Oversee and manage day-to-day operations, and serve as general in-charge of Hotel
Meet, greet, respond to and resolve inquiries, concerns as well as requests of guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
Submit regular reports required by Management according to pre-set time frame and on an ad-hoc basis whenever necessary in an accurate and timely manner
Handle Hotel’s emergency and security procedures with maturity, grace and professionalism
Undertake patrol and enforce Hotel’s security rules and regulations to ensure safety and security of hotel guests and staff at all times
Perform other ad hoc job duties as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years’ working experience in hotel industry of which at least 2 years in supervisory level
Mature and independent with good leadership, customer-oriented and inter-personal skills
Self-motivated, attentive with strong sense of observation and urgency
Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Less experience will be considered as Assistant Guest Services Manager
