Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and guests enquiries;
  • Deliver information to the concerned departments for service delivery to enhance guest satisfaction;
  • Update room status under the PMS system to facilitate release and assignment of guest room;
  • Report guest complaints to manager or supervisor for immediate service recovery action;
  • Perform Inventory control for guestroom amenities, mini bar items and cleaning supplies;
  • Provide administrative support in preparing reports and maintain lost and found records


Requirements

  • Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience preferably in hotel industry, customer service or related discipline;
  • Form 5 or VTC graduate with basic training in hospitality management preferably;
  • Well-organized, attentive to details with good knowledge in Microsoft applications;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate in basic English, knowledge of Putonghua would be an advantage
