Shop Manager (店鋪經理)

Job Description 工作範圍 :

•  Lead and motivate the team to achieve the company's goal and sales target through effective training, coaching and/or motivational activities 通過培訓或指導，帶領和鼓勵團隊實現公司的目標和銷售目標
• Enhance the shops’ operations efficiency, as well as ensure the staff follows company guidelines and standards 提高商店的運營效率，並確保員工遵守公司的指導方針和標準 
• Handle all-round store operations and administrative support 負責店鋪的運營和提供行政支持 
• Train and manage the team to provide world-class customer services to customers 培訓和管理團隊，令員工為客戶提供專業的服務 
• Prepare monthly business/ sale report 準備每月業務/銷售報告
