Bell Captain / Bell Attendant

We are looking for a Bell Captain / Bell Attendant based at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong!

As a Bell Captain / Bell Attendant, we rely on you to:

• Open doors and assist guests entering and leaving property
• Assist guests in and out of vehicles, including assisting guests with loading/unloading luggage
• Assist guest with luggage, ensure timely deliveries and collections of guests’ luggage
• Ensure proper records are maintained for all guests’ deliveries

We are looking for someone who has:

• Fresh graduate is welcome
• Responsible, good team player and good customer service senses
• Outgoing, courteous with pleasant personality
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Bell Attendant
