Supervises and manages employees. Manages all daytoday operations.
Maintains service and sanitation standards in restaurant.
Reviews staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met.
Improves service by communicating and assisting individuals to understand guest needs, providing guidance, feedback, and individual coaching when needed.
Handles guest problems and complaints.
Requirement
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in F&B industry, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role, applicants with less experience will be considered as Restaurant Supervisor
Excellent in communication & interpersonal skill
Good command in spoken & written English & Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus but not required
Responsible and passionate in catering service
Good team player and ability to work under pressure
Strong in leadership & problemsolving skill
Good in decisionmaking, flexibility, and analytical skills
Innovative with a strong sense of Food and Beverage market trends
