Senior Florist / Florist

Job Description

• Working as part of a team of retail florists led by Floral Manager 
• Conditioning and preparation of flowers 
• Design and arrange bouquets/centrepieces/other floral arrangements independently based on customer’s requirements 
• Prepare and condition flowers/plants while maintaining the optimum conditions
• Taking floral orders over the phone
• Provide excellent customer services on both floral and lifestyle product 
• Liaising with suppliers and couriers
• Ad hoc duties as required, i.e. assist with events, workshops, photoshoots, weddings etc 

Job Requirement:

• Team player 
• Clear passion on floristry and creativity 
• Depending on the role, 1-5years + working experience in the flower industry 
• Attention to details and well-organised 
• Excellent customer service and communication skills 
• General knowledge of flowervarieties, floristry techniques and the floral industry 
• Highly motivated and able to work under pressure 
• Ready to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. 
• Fluent in English and Cantonese
