We are looking for an Assistant Security Manager based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!
As an Assistant Security Manager, we rely on you to:
- Attend all necessary meetings and disseminate all relevant information obtained to Shift Supervisors
- Ensure the operation runs efficiently, supervise the duty roster, overtime / leave requests etc
- Plan manpower resources according to special demands such as VIP functions / special events
- Ensure the team maintain crime awareness and protect of Hotel assests
- Develop and deliver necessary training to the team / other depeartments
- Generate incident, accident and E-log reports in line with prescribed format and standards
- Handle all reports, memos, dcumentation, maintenance records, meeting minutes
- Assist Director of Security in planning, organisation, staff supervision and quality controls for the Security Operation
We are looking for someone who has:
- Diploma / Certificate or above with professional qualifications in Security Management, holder of Security Personnel Permit & driving license is a must
- Minimum of 5 years experience with 3 years supervisory experience in Hotel / Security industry
- Able to assess risks and perform independent Security operations
- Knowledge of security access control system, alarm monitoring system and CCTV system
- Fluent in oral and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Good Interpersonal skills and communications skills
