Job Duties 職責

• Assist kitchen operation and monitor food quality 協助廚房運作及控制食物品質
• Ensure food production and plating to meet quality standards consistently 確保食物制作及出品符合公司要求質素
• Keep work safety and food hygiene standards確保工作安全及保持食物衛生達致標準

Job Requirements 工作要求

• 1+ year working experience in relevant cuisine, including western, Japanese, Thai’s, Vietan or Taiwan noodle  最少一年相關廚師經驗, 包括西餐, 日菜, 泰菜,越菜或台灣麵
• Good knowledge of food handling, hygiene, preparation & cooking procedures 熟識食物處理經理,衞生, 制作及烹煮程序
• Hard working, enthusiastic, reliable 勤奮, 有熱誠及有責任感
• Good communication skills 良好溝通技巧
   

Work Location 工作地點

• Causeway Bay, Central, Wan Chai, Mong Kok, Tsim Sha Tsui, Tseung Kwan O, Tsuen Wan, Tuen Mun
• 銅纙灣，中環，灣仔，旺角，尖沙咀，將軍澳，荃灣，屯門
