Courtyard by Marriott Hong Kong, located at 167 Connaught Road West, Hong Kong is hiring a Senior / Front Office Agent.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide guest check-in/check-out services; handle payment and billings
  • Identify and explain room features to guests; supply guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest
  • Build relationship with guests to delight and gain loyalty
  • Process all guest requests and relay messages. Ensure that any outstanding requests or problems from the previous day receive priority and are resolved
  • Process room reservations requests, changes, or cancellations when required
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Requirements include:

  • Good spoken, written and reading ability in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proactive, with strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Degree or diploma holder of Hospitality or related studies
  • Previous hotel related working experience is preferable
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Front Office Agent
