What you will do

• Assist in the daily operation of the Pastry Kitchen
• Prepare pastry products 
• Helps measure and mix ingredients according to recipes using a variety of kitchen utensils and equipment
• Assist in the daily operation of the Pastry Kitchen
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness in the kitchen
• Undertake any reasonable task and duty as assigned by Pastry chef

What you will need

• Passionate in Dessert & Pastry
• Experience in F&B is a bonus, ideally from dessert shop or cafe
• A good team player and have sense of responsibility
• Positive mindset and constantly thriving for challenges and improvements
• Enjoy working in a fast pacing environment
• Shift duty is required
• Immediate avaiability is preferred
