Courtyard by Marriott Hong Kong, located at 167 Connaught Road West, Hong Kong is hiring a Guest Relations Supervisor - Executive Lounge.

Responsibilities include:

• In-charge of the Executive Lounge 
• Supervise the team to provide the highest standard of personalized service to all room guests and Executive Lounge guests
• Supervise the team to provide Food & Beverage services in the Executive Lounge
• Supervise the team to provide check-in/check-out services
• Lead the team to anticipate and address guests' service needs, and respond to any questions from guests
• Build relationship with guests to delight and gain loyalty
• Other duties as assigned by Manager

Requirements include:

• At least 4 years of hotel related working experience, preferably in Front Office
• Good spoken, written and reading ability in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proactive, with strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Degree or diploma holder of Hospitality or related studies
