RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide professional service and respond tactfully to guest's request and inquiries
- Handle reservations requests according to established procedures
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma Holder in Hotel Management or related discipline
- Min. 1 years’ relevant experience in hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of hotel reservations practice, standards and procedures
- Good telephone manner and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office application
- Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Cantonese
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- Working shift: 9am-6:30pm or 9:30am-7pm
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Reservations Agent
