Housekeeping Assistant Supervisor 樓層助理督導 / 房務部副主任

Job Description 工作範圍:

• Maintain a high level of cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas
  確保酒店客房及公共空間的整潔, 以達到公司的衛生及清潔標準
• Responsible for training Room Attendants and Public Area Cleaners on cleaning and maintenance tasks
  負責培訓房務員及公眾地方清潔員有關清潔及維修事項Responsible for Room
• Attendants and Public Area Cleaners' daily duties
  負責安排房務員及公眾地方清潔員之日常工作
• Assign shifts and arrange for replacements in case of absence
  記錄日常當值情況及如有需要,需安排缺勤後補
• Stock control of cleaning products
  記錄及補給清潔用品
• Assist the managers or hotel managers to execute tasks and support ad hoc duties as required
  協助經理及行政部執行職務及處理其他事項

Requirement 要求:

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory role in Housekeeping Department
  有兩年或以上房務部督導經驗
• Highly motivated, strong communication and leadership skills
  積極、溝通能力強、領導能力強
• Good in spoken & written English and Chinese
  良好中英文口語和書面表達能力
