We are looking for a Part-time Lobby Ambassador based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!

As a Part-time Lobby Ambassador, we rely on you to:

• Greet guests and handle guests’ enquiries in the lobby 
• Provide directions to guests

We are looking for someone who has:

• Good customer service senses
• Courteous with pleasant personality
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Fresh graduates are also welcomed
