Restaurant Manager - Fine Dining

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the team to achieve operational excellence with delivering excellent customer service
  • Evaluate current operational strategies and recommend improvements in line with maximizing guest satisfaction
  • Work closely with culinary team to maximise revenue and profit by effective marketing initiatives and upholding service quality
  • Responsible for budgetary preparation 
  • Design and conduct trainings to continuously enhance guest satisfaction and team's performance

Job Requirement:

  • Higher diploma or above in hospitality management or related discipline
  • With minimum 10 years’ experience in a Food & Beverage operations, of which 5 years at managerial level
  • Fluent written and spoken in English 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to create a motivated and cohesive team
  • Knowledgeable in profit and loss statement review
  • Candidates with Fine Dining experience are highly preferred
