Administration Assistant

Job Responsibilities

  • To provide administrative and secretarial support to Food & Beverage department and other team members including operational coordination
  • To handle incoming and outgoing inquiries and coordinate with internal team
  • To maintain filing systems both manually and electronically
  • To schedule meeting and prepare meeting documents

 Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year working experience in administration and Food & Beverage background is preferable
  • Independent and proactive with good interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills in English, and Cantonese
  • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and other administrative software will be an advantage
