Assistant Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the team to ensure operational excellence and excellent customer services
  • Evaluate current operational strategies and recommend improvements in line with maximizing guest satisfaction
  • Assist in the inventory management and ongoing maintenance of operating equipment and other assets
  • Oversee the preparation and posting of weekly work schedules to make sure that they reflect business needs and other key performance indicators

Requirements:

  • Excellent in interpersonal relationship skills
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Food & Beverage outlet at well-establised hotel
  • Candidates with Fine Dining experience are highly preferred
