Responsibilities:
- Supervise the team to ensure operational excellence and excellent customer services
- Evaluate current operational strategies and recommend improvements in line with maximizing guest satisfaction
- Assist in the inventory management and ongoing maintenance of operating equipment and other assets
- Oversee the preparation and posting of weekly work schedules to make sure that they reflect business needs and other key performance indicators
Requirements:
- Excellent in interpersonal relationship skills
- At least 5 years of experience in a Food & Beverage outlet at well-establised hotel
- Candidates with Fine Dining experience are highly preferred
